Rebecca Allen moves from Centaur Media to Brand Funded Video Specialist

London, 9th April 2008: Rebecca Allen has taken up the newly-created position of
Head of Client Services at HowTo.tv, the broadcast marketing channel. Rebecca joins
from Centaur Media plc where she held the position of Display Advertising Director
at Marketing Week.

In her new role, Rebecca will be responsible for helping brands maximise the
potential of HowTo.tv's innovative concept in branded online 'how to' videos that
can be delivered direct to consumers online or accessed via mobile devices.

Rebecca, who has gained nine years experience in the new media sector, including
senior sales roles at New Media Age and Televisual commented:

"This move seemed like a natural step and a perfect fit with my experience. Brand
funded online video content offers a great opportunity for brands to increase the
value of their marketing spend and deliver tangible ROI. The HowTo concept is one
of the most innovative developments in this area and I am really excited about the
potential of this business."

Rebecca will report directly to Karen Brooks, Director of HowTo.tv, which has
already attracted a roster of high profile brands to create HowTo videos including
Screwfix, Oli.co.uk and Vodafone. Brooks commented:
